We currently have several partners offering scholarships for qualifying teachers to attend the WindSenators Training this year. We are actively looking for more sponsors - and hope to have more scholarship opportunities available soon. KidWind Full Scholarship (Any state may be eligible)
KidWind is offering one full scholarship to the WindSenators Training this year. We will select one teacher based on experience, qualifications, and our geographic needs for WindSenators. When you submit your application to KidWind, please indicate whether you would like to be considered for the KidWind Scholarship.
This $1,750 scholarships will cover full tuition to the WindSenator Training. You are on your own for transportation to and from the Training in Portland, OR.
Xcel Energy Windsource Program (MN, WI, MI, CO, NM)
Xcel Energy's Windsource program is offering a full scholarship for educators that live or work within Xcel Energy service territory in MN, WI, MI, CO, or NM. Xcel is generously sponsoring 1 Windsenator from each of these states. These $1,750 scholarships will cover full tuition to the WindSenator Training. You are on your own for transportation to and from the Training in Portland, OR.

KidWind Wind for Schools Discount (Wind for Schools States)
Based on our commitment to and support for the Wind for Schools Program, KidWind is offering a discounted tuition to qualifying educators attending the WindSenators Training who are from Wind for Schools states.
This $250 discount will be offered to educators from Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, and Virginia. Interested parties must still apply and be accepted to the WindSenators Training Program.
